Sourcing startups and engaging with a global network of startups through open applications and targeted outreach.
Screening and mentorship to shortlist the best innovations before demo day, ensuring only the top contenders make it through.
Demo Day showcasing the top 10-20 startups in a private session to assess their potential fit and value.
During the Proof of Concept (PoC) stage, the partner collaborates with selected startups over a three-month period to refine project scopes, establish legal agreements, and conduct feasibility testing.
During the pilot stage, the partner has the opportunity to put the startup's solution into action in real-life situations.
